Midway forum moderator Cinder has posted that Mortal Kombat: Armageddon will indeed be compatible on the Microsoft Xbox 360 in the future. This is great news for 360 owners who traded in their regular Xbox. While it's not compatible yet, Cinder stated that as soon as Microsoft updates the official backwards compatitbility list, Midway will announce it on their forums.Click here to view the original thead posted by Cinder.

I hope this is true i sold my ps2 and traded in my xbox then i heard a new mk was coming out grr i might have to but me a new ps2 if this dosn't happen
