Mortal Kombat 11
According to the character's creator
Todd McFarlane,
Spawn may be a possible guest character in
Mortal Kombat 11.
According to a
Reddit AMA, when asked if
Spawn will be making an appearance in
Mortal Kombat 11,
McFarlane responded with
"I believe he's on his way..."

Now, this is exciting news to be sure. However,
McFarlane has made similar claims in the past. Back in 2015,
he revealed that permission had been given to
Warner Bros. to use
Spawn in video games, stirring rumors that the character may make an appearance in
Mortal Kombat X, which of course, never happened.
Or
Todd could just be taking a page from
Ed Boon's playbook and having a bit of fun trolling
Mortal Kombat fans online, which
Boon is notoriously known for.
Yeah like I said before... as much as he's been requested over the years I'd be willing to bet money we will get Spawn in this game.
At this point Spawn is 100% confirmed in my book, he was wanted in MKX and Injustice so I believe he'll be in MK 11

It would be interesting to see what variations they would do with him. I guess mage, brawler, and gunslinger...
Though it could be a misdirect for the remake or reference to the first adaption ("Spawn's on his way, you ready to play?")….
I don't mind seeing him, he must be popular among the guests that have not appeared. His Fatality has got to be something never seen before hope so if he is included.
He's been saying that since like what, Injustice 1? I won't believe it until we see a trailer.
I’ll wait until I see it confirmed officially. I’ll be stoked if so though, I’ve been a spawn fan since the 90s! :D

Same. I have stacks and stacks of Spawn comics safe and sound in plastic, hidden away in a storage bin. I'm really hoping this new movie Todd's been hyping, and a possible appearance in MK11, will resurrect the property.

Absolutely, me too. You probably already know, but the comics are currently running, they're up to issue 292 now. I haven't had a chance to read any of the newer stuff yet, just sitting in a pile on my desk, but the cover art is amazing.

I've been keeping up with the comics myself.
I'm a couple of issues behind mainly because of this time of year and having three kids haha but the story is solid and the artwork is on point for sure... beautiful stuff.
Todd McFarlane states he is attending San Diego Comic Con. The dates are July 18-21. Is there a Spawn in Mortal Kombat on the horizon? Ed Boon once tweeted, can you guess who the second DLC is.
I am glad he is going to be in it!

Nice!

McFarlane confirmed he is in recently, a little late

The voice actor may not be Keith David. Keith probably signed a agreement to not disclose any information is my guess. I only remember him from a TV show called City Confidential he done for one year in 2005. I want to see Spawn animated series though. Here is a video talking about why he may not be.

San Diego Comic Con is July 18-21. Todd McFarlane is supposedly attending. I once read that Spawn in the upcoming movie or TV Series whichever one it is that Spawn may have a new look, don't know if Warner Brothers are going to use the new look or not for his DLC inclusion.
