NetherRealm Studios has released the first official gameplay trailer for Kombat Pack 2. In addition to gameplay footage for Leatherface, Bo' Rai Cho, Triborg, and the Xenomorph, we also get our first glimpse of the returning Pit stage.Those who purchase Kombat Pack 2 will also get free access to the following DLC:
- Goro (previous pre-order exclusive)
- Apocalypse Skin Pack: New apocalyptic skins for Takeda, D’Vorah and Erron Black
- Brazil Skin Pack (already available)
- Kold War Skin Pack (already available)
- Kold War Scorpion skin (already available)
No word yet on an official release date other than "Coming 2016."

I'm going to break this down with my opinion of each character.
Leatherface - He looks alright but I don't think I'll be playing with him. His moves look decent and his X-Ray was my favorite part.
Bo' Rai Cho - I was hoping that there wasn't any farts or puke with Bo's redesign but I see that NRS still thinks that it's funny. His moves look great and I just wish he didn't have the childish farts and vomit.
The Xenomorph - I am looking forward to playing as the Xenomorph because it looks like a hell of a character. Using the Tarkatan's blades and the Alien's tail was genius because gameplay wise it works perfectly plus the Fatality looks promising.
Triborg - OMG! The intro was AMAZING, Triborg is my favorite character out of all of the Kombat Pack characters. Sektor's missiles, Smoke's throws and Cyrax's Buzzsaw all looks awesome but Triborg's fatality is going to be my favorite in MKX!

Leatherface: Looks pretty much like Jason in Slasher Variation, I still don't really see the point of adding him.
Triborg: All 3 look amazing. I'm really glad they brought Smoke's harpoon back. I agree it should have a different name though. Might as well just call them "The Cyber Lin Kuei" or "The Tekunin" at this point, since it's all of them at once, not 1 robot with the powers of all of them.
Bo Rai Cho: Looks great too. I think the farts and barfs are only in one variation though, if that's what bothers you about him.
Alien: Again, he looks great. Kinda sad that Baraka isn't here, because his movements look awesome!

Triborg is my favorite character in MKX and that fatality reminds me of Sektor's old one from MK3!

It reminds me of that, but also of the silly fatalities of old, like Liu Kang's Arcade Machine. I love it!

That's what I liked about it, the over the top gore is alright but I like the silly fatalities like the Liu's Arcade Drop, Sektor's Compactor, Kano's Skeleton Pull and Kabal's Soul Scream.
