Yesterday, Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon tweeted an image of a Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks strategy guide that someone "supposedly" placed on his desk. Along with the image, he also posted a rather peculiar message:Someone put this on my desk. WTF? Do they think we’re doing an HD version to download...um.. or something. 8| http://t.co/XWM6yotQky

On the surface, this looks like a clear hint that maybe Shaolin Monks will be getting an HD digital re-release. However, Boon is also known for trolling his followers quite regularly on Twitter.

Wish they would go ahead and say they are doing a sequel. Being it has been a while since Shaolin Monks release do not know if HD version would be good decision to release but like to get it though.
