Computer and Videogames has reported that Mortal Kombat (2011) has won Fighting Game of the Year in this year's Golden Joystick awards, beating out Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Street Fighter 4.Kongratulations to NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Well done!

NRS did a great job, the game was perfect in many aspects and it deserves the 1st place. And as for the competition, i would also say it was an easy win. Mortal Kombat for ever !!!

Good job for MK! I'm happy to see MK getting the respect it deserves. I wonder if any Capcom trolls are gonna start talking bad about MK 2011.

Wow...I'm actually surprise about this news.
This should make the MK team very well.
Beating SF4 I'm not really really surprise.
But beating Marvel vs Capcom. That is where I'm shit ape crazy about.
