Today, history has been made. The first ever DLC character to appear in a Mortal Kombat title has been released! Skarlet is now available in both the PSN Store for $4.99 and Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 Microsoft points.And to you save you some trouble, here are Skarlet's finishing moves:
- Blood Bath: Down, Back, Down, Down, Block (Touching)
- Make It Rain: Forward, Back, Down, Down, Back Kick (Jump)
- Stage: Forward, Back, Forward, Front Punch
- Babality: Down, Back, Down, Forward, Back Punch
Oddly, Skarlet does not have an alternate kostume and does not appear in the Nekropolis. Whether this will be corrected in future patches is unknown at this time.
Along with Skarlet, the final designs for upcoming DLC characters Kenshi and Rain, both due to be released in July, have been revealed. Also announced for July are klassic skins for Noob and Smoke. NetherRealm Studios plans to release klassic skins with each DLC character it releases.
Finally, episode 2.3 of the popular MKast series has also been released. While considerably shorter than previous episodes, Lead Designer Paulo Garcia and Assosiate Producer Erin Piepergerdes go into great detail regarding her gameplay and backstory.

Great. Mileena on steroids. I can see Skarlet being abused by cheap players already. But she looks and moves great

Skarlett has definitely claimed her spot as the best and most badass female in MK9. Until Tanya comes, that is.
