The folks over at Gamespot have posted a new vignette featuring Shang Tsung in his older form during gameplay. The video details how he discovered Outworld and came to serve Shao Kahn. The ending shows Shang using magic to possess Johnny Cage and make him tear his own head off against his will.All I can say is...poor, poor Johnny Cage...

That's kind of good for Shang Tsung, I really hoping for a mix of his Bed of Spikes from MK3 and his Soul Steal from MKDA.

Even he's dismembering great Johnny,he's still pretty awesome,but I really miss that MK3/MKDA look of Shang...

What can i say,i am impressed.Cool intro,awesome looks,great moves,epic fatality.As for the story,this is what i was expecting from NRS.But i was left with a question;will Shang Tsung perform fatalities when he morphs into his opponent?That worked on MK1,MK2,MK3,UMK3 and MK Trilogy.I hope he can.Will he be also able to morph into Goro,Kintaro or Shao Kahn?Again i hope so.

I'm most certain that he'll be morphing only in a limited amount of characters and I believe it's max to 3 other kombatants,that are in a fight.
