NetherRealm Studios has just sent FDMK the Hi-Res version of the Living Forest environment bio!"Though the Living Forest is named for the trees that seem to come alive, it is in fact a place of death. Stories of trees that devour the flesh of unwary travelers spread throughout the realm. It is said that those who are consumed by the forest, become the forest. Their tortured faces etched upon the trees. Shao Kahn learned long ago the perils of sending troops through this trechorous wood. Many of his best soldiers have been lost to its entangled foliage. The deadly nature of the living forest is likely why it has remained unspoiled for a millenia."

Living Forest looks great in MK 2011, maybe they will have a Beast lurking around.

I watched the Pit and the Living Forest bios and in the retro games showing the stages, I would hear some mysterious voices and etc. I think I heard Baraka's, Liu Kang's and Sonya's voices what you guys think?

Wasn't the Forest also in MK4/MKG? Why wasn't there footage? Man it used to creep me right the fuck out some times with those trees just moanin' and roaring.
