Well, better late than never, I guess. Video game website Giant Bomb has recently posted a retro review of the first Mortal Kombat film in their ongoing series That Ain't No Game. The reviewer overall gives the movie a lot of praise in the way it doesn't take itself too seriously and differs from most video game movies by remaining true to its source material. The video review also contains a good amount of footage from the movie, and oddly enough, focuses on Johnny Cage punching Goro in the balls many times throughout.
