Ed Boon's personal website Noob.com has been updated with an image very similar to the stick figure sketches found in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance's krypt. The image appears to show Aquaman possibly performing his brutality finishing move.
While this may seem like a solid hint that Aquaman will indeed be included in Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, let's not forget that Boon has posted misleading information on his website, in the past. Zebron anyone?

I hope Aquaman doesn't end up in this game.. there's only 3 spots left for either side and there's still a few really good to choose from for DC, and considering that they're probably going to have stupid Wonder Woman in it, that'll only leave 2 open and I'm hoping for Deathstroke (Slade) and Lobo.

Deathstroke I don't care about, but I'm definitely hoping Lobo makes the cut. That would be awesome. He would be a perfect fit for a fighting game.

That may be deeper than you think... The shark, maybe means that animalities are back or that cyrax is back.

As I look at the drawing, I can't help but think it looks way too involved to be a finishing move for this game. So far, the Scorpion and Superman finishers that we've seen have been pretty simplistic in their execution.
Boon did say there would be unplayable characters in story mode. I wonder if this is a scene from that.

Looks interesting... I kinda hope Aquaman is like DL content or something because he is a major character in DC comics and he does deserve some recognition

I don't know about you. But if its Aquaman. It looks more like like a Special.
Aquaman floats up by water, surrounding the area with water as a Shark comes up and push the opponent into the air.
Look if you look at the stick on the left hand. Its a hook.
So its definetly Aquaman.

Yeah it has to be Aquaman, or Ed Boon just likes pulling our leg. I wouldn't mind if it was Aqua Man, but it won't be so exciting once they officially reveal him.

I doubt animalities will be included. When asked if characters where going to have more than one fatality/brutality, Boon said yes as long as time permits. If they're squeezed for time just for the basic finishing moves, I don't think they'll have enough time for animalities.

Well just because he's a hero doesn't mean he can't summon a shark can't swallow you whole. I think if there are downloadable characters these will probably make the cut:

Well just because he's a hero doesn't mean he can't summon a shark can't swallow you whole.
If this is indeed a brutality depicted, I'm thinking the shark will be used for torturing purposes and won't actually engage the victim.

If this is indeed aquaman's brutality the shark may pull you offscreen below the water, that way aquaman not necessary kills and the opponent might have a chance to escape.

Well lets take a look at the image again.
He appear to be floating or being pushed up by some waterforce. It seem as if Aquaman is flooding the area for a Shark to comes in and push the opponent up into the air.
It doesn't seem to be bleeding or really damaged. So it can either be a special or a brutality.

lol, accept it lion it's a brutality.
Think about it, it is far too elaborate to be a special move. For the arena to flood, a shark to come and do some damage, it would just take too much time. This is all about fast paced fighting, which is why most of the special moves are projectile or close range offensive.

Yeah, this one is hard to figure out. The whole levitation thing is weird. I don't think Aquaman has that ability.
