Popular Midway forum moderator Cinder has confirmed a previous claim by another moderator that the MK team has indeed stopped writing bios for Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, instead focusing 100% on the development of Mortal Kombat 8."The Mortal Kombat team is focusing all of its resources towards development of the next Mortal Kombat game for next gen consoles. As, a result no additional MKA Bios are being created."

I can't believe people are hoping that the MK8 game will be successful. That what we all said about MKA.
So what is Midway planning? Planning to make MKA make it seem it never exists? And what about the former bios? This isn't helping at all anymore.

Very good point. Are the bios that did see the light of day canon? Part canon? Or will they be ignored completely? What about the MK story? Where's the conclusive ending we were all after? This is quite possibly the biggest mistake ever by Midway. Even if the bios were all utter crap, at least we'd have them for the sake of continuity and the story, but now we have nothing. Wait I lie, we did get something, a big slap across the face for even buying MK:A.
