Moi Fah is one of empty handed styles from the Ten Hand sets of Shaolin. Moi Fah means "the Plum Flower Fist." The footwork of this set travels in four directions, similar to the four petals of the plum flower. Many deceptive attacks are concealed within the graceful movements of this martial arts style.
