Belokk
Belokk was a character designed by Eurocom, the company that handled the Sega Dreamcast conversion of Mortal Kombat Gold. Many believe Belokk never made it to the final version due to time constraints. Others believe it was Ed Boon who didn't want him in the game because he wasn't created by the MK team. Regardless of the reason, Belokk was never included. Eurocom accidentally sent information about the game with Belokk in it to Game Informer Magazine, and as a result, screenshots of him were leaked to the public.

While an official bio for Belokk was never revealed, many believe he was an Oni and a servant of Shinnok. Belokk was to aid Shinnok in his war against Raiden and the Earthrealm warriors.

If you look closely, you can see that Belokk appears to have the same style of legs as Goro. You can also see him performing the same type of throw as Goro. Rumor has it that the character skin for Belokk was left in Mortal Kombat Gold, and that if you use a cheat device, you could place the character skin on Goro and essentially play as Belokk. To this day, I have yet to hear a confirmation on this. However, I wouldn't completely say it's false. Not many know this, but if you used a cheat device with MK4 on the Nintendo 64, you could play as Kitana, fans and all. Obviously, developers tend to leave unfinished parts in their games from time to time, so anything is possible.
