Liu Kang's Tomb, which first appeared in Mortal Kombat: Deception, is located in a nearby forest close to the Wu Shi Academy in Earthrealm. After Liu Kang was killed by Shang Tsung and Quan Chi, the Wu Shi Academy masters took his body and preserved it carefully, away from the forces of darkness. Four medallions depicting his four Mortal Kombat victories are displayed above the eternal flame to honor his memory.
