Bo Rai Cho asked Shujinko to find this item and return it to him in Mortal Kombat: Deception's konquest mode. However, after he locates it in a fisherman's house, Damashi appears and tells Shujinko to keep the medallion. A wise choice, indeed. Shujinko shows the medallion to the Lin Kuei grandmaster. Since the medallion is a symbol of great skill in kombat, Shujinko is allowed to train with the Lin Kuei.
