Theme: Whispers in the ForestFloyd
Floyd is a new hidden kombatant that was added to Mortal Kombat 1. He a pink palette swap of the klassic ninja characters and can also perform many of their special moves.
Similar to Rain being a reference to Prince's song Purple Rain, Floyd is a callout to the band Pink Floyd.
In order for players to unlock the Floyd fight, they must satisfy certain challenges during normal matches. Once the Floyd fight is unlocked, players will have three chances to defeat him before having to start the challenges over again.
Defeating Floyd unlocks the night version of the Field stage.
